Upcoming events and details! PLEASE READ!
1. Car Wash – Saturday, July 27th
Common Cents
726 N Redwood Rd Salt Lake City, UT 84116
8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
This will be an individual fee fundraiser, meaning that everything we earn will be divided up amongst those who participate. So the more business we get the better for all! Oestana attendance and participation is MANDATORY and parent involvement will help this fundraiser succeed.
What to wear and bring:
Shorts (no shorter than mid-thigh) or Capris
Red or black tank top or t shirt
Sun screen (it is going to be sunny!)
Hat (optional)
A sack lunch (or money to buy some food at the gas station or McDonalds across the street)
A water bottle (water and Gatorade will be provided but bring an extra for yourself as well)
A camping/fold up chair
Lots and lots of ENERGY!!!
What we need from parents:
• Buckets
• Drying towels
• Soap
• Sponges
• 1 canopy
I need 1 or 2 parents to bring 1 of these items to the car wash. If you want to you can get reimbursed for your purchase just keep your receipt. If your parent(s) can bring any of these item(s) please have them call or text me at 801-520-0956
2. Mini Drill – Saturday, August 3rd
West High – Auxilary Gym
9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
This will be a team fundraiser for Regionals and State meaning that all the money that is earned will go toward helping pay for Regionals and State (costumes, music cutting, competition fees, etc…). Oestana attendance and participation is also MANDATORY and parent involvement and help will help Mini Drill succeed.
Things to wear and bring:
A sack lunch
A water bottle ( water and Gatorade will be provided but bring an extra for yourself as well)
Black burnout top
Lots and lots of ENERGY!!!
If any parents would like to participate in helping with Mini Drill please call or text me and I will give you a job. There will be lots to do! :]
3. Team Banquet – Monday, August 12th

7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
This will be a semi-formal dress team dinner.
